The CD34 antigen is a single transmembrane glycoprotein that is mainly expressed on human hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells, and also present on endothelial progenitor cells. The antigen is involved in cell adhesion and is thought to function as a signaling molecule.

CliniMACS® CD34 products consist superparamagnetic iron dextran particles directly conjugated to CD34 antibodies.
One vial contains 7.5 ml sterile, non-pyrogenic solution suitable for magnetic labeling of up to 0.6 x 109 CD34 + cells from up to 60x109 total cells.
